New director for Indu Projects

Hyderabad, Apr 20 (UNI) Indu Projects Ltd, a Hyderabad-based infrastructure developer, today announced the appointment of Mr N Prasad, Executive Chairman, Matrix Laboratories, as a independent director.

''The appointment of Mr Prasad is in sync with the strategic initiative of Indu to get experts from various fields on its board,'' the company said in a release here.
