Chandigarh, Apr 20 (UNI) South Asia's first integrated MARCOM (Marketing Communications) and CORCOM (Corporation Communication) school--International School of Marketing Communications (ISMC) will be launched at Noida in August this year.
Announcing this at a media conference here yesterday, ISMC,Director, Strategic Alliances, Syed M Ahmad said the school will start functioning from August and will be the first of its kind in South Asia to teach the integrated management of all marketing communications at multiple levels. ''The organisation has envisioned and designed a unique programme to train and equip students for challenges posed by the business world as it combines all the varied channels of customer centric marketing communications with business skills in marketing,'' he added.
The director said that ISMC has placed Punjab on its priority list because of the presence of innumerable prestigious universities and a large student base.
