Hyderabad, Apr 19: Expressing reservations over provisions of the draft nuclear agreement with the US, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha L K Advani today categorically stated ''It is for India to decide on its minimum nuclear deterrence.'' India should not be dictated by any country on its nuclear policy, Mr Advani, who was here as part of his Bharat Suraksha Yatra, asserted while talking to reporters here.

On the Volcker panel report on corrupt oil deals under Iraq's oil-for-food programme, the former Deputy Prime Minister maintained the Congress, which had sacked Natwar Singh as External Affairs Minister, owed an explanation over the party's name figuring in the report.

'Who took the coupons on behalf of the Congress party?. Where has the money gone?', he asked, adding that all these aspects should be thoroughly probed by the Enforcement Directorate.
