Seven school children hurt as RTV overturns

New Delhi, Apr 18 (UNI) Seven children were hurt when a Rural Transport Vehicle (RTV) overturned in Samaypur Badli area of North-West Delhi this morning.

Sources said the RTV overturned near Mukundpur Part II on Service Road Burari early morning around 0700 hrs.

Eyewitnesses said the RTV, carrying children of Mount Holy Sr Secondary Public School overturned while trying to save a car, running ahead, which took a sharp turn all of a sudden.

While six of the injured children were discharged after receiving first aid, at Babu Jagjiwan Ram Hospital. The seventh child, who sustained burn injuries, was taken to L N J P Hospital and discharged in the evening.
