Court directs initiating attachment proceedings against Pahadi

Lucknow, Apr 18 (UNI) A local court here today ordered initiation of attachment proceedings against Meher Bhargava murder case prime accused Sachin Pahadi, who is still at large.

Chief Judicial Magistrate Dharamraj Mishra, hearing the application filed by investigating officer (IO) in the case, passed the order for initiating attachment proceedings.

In the application, the IO had requested the court to order attachment proceedigs against Pahadi, who despite evading arrest was shifting belongings from his house to another place.

Ms Bhargava, the wife of Congress leader Luv Bhargava was shot dead in the heart of Uttar Pradesh capital on February 28 last.
