BJYM holds dharna on price hike

Rajahmundry, Apr 18 (UNI) More than 100 Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) activists under the leadership of City President Shatriya Balasubramanya Singh took out a procession to sub-collector's office where they staged dharna against the increase in the prices of essential commodities.

They raised slogans against the state government and the Congress for the hike in prices.

Several leaders spoke at the sub-collector's office stressing the need to control prices failing which the Congress Government in the state must step-down.

The BJYM activists later submitted a memorandum to Sub Collector K Sasidhar.
