Anticipatory bail of BSEB engineer rejected

Patna, Apr 18 (UNI) Special CBI judge of Patna Jawahar Prasad Ratnesh today rejected the anticipatory bail of a former assistant executive engineer of Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB) Arjun Singh in a case of forgery and corruption.

The case was related to forgery and finincial irregularities committed in distribution of compensation money to the effected farmers (land owners) during the construction of Fatuwah- Khagaul transmission line in 1990-1994.

The FIR was registered in this connection in 2003.
