Anees's cook files bail application in city court
New Delhi, Apr 18 (UNI) The cook of Anees Ibrahim, Mohammed Jabril Khan alias Ismail, who was arrested by Delhi police on April 11 in connection with cheating, forgery as well as offence under the provisions of Passport Act, moved a bail application in a city court today.
Appearing before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Kamini Lau, the accused Khan moved the bail which would come up for hearing on April 25.
Khan was arrested by the Delhi Police from IGI airport on April 11, after he arrived here from Karachi while travelling allegedly with forged stamps on the passport.
He told the interrogators that the global terrorist and mastermind of 1993 Mumbai serial blasts Dawood Ibrahim used to visit his brother Anees in Karachi.
He came back to India after Anees had thrown him out of job due to medical reasons, the sources said.
Mohammad Khan, a native of Dahrianch in Uttar Pradesh, was residing in Karachi for several years and was employed by Anees.
