WB govt failed to provide proper healthcare, edu system: Priyaranjan

Krishnagar, Apr 17 (UNI) Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Priya Ranjan Dasmunsi today came down heavily on the Left Front for failing to provide proper healthcare system and education to the people.

Addressing a rally here, Mr Dasmunsi said that the healthcare system has collapsed in the state.

''The rate of literacy is very low and adult education programmes has failed miserably,'' he said.

He claimed after the assembly polls, the Left Front would be wiped out.

Nadia, Hoogly, Howrah and East Midnapore will go to the polls on April 22 in the second phase of the assembly polls.
