UP AGA in Allahabad HC resigns

Allahabad, Apr 17 (UNI) Additional Government Advocate (AGA) of Uttar Pradesh at the Allahabad High Court S D Kautilya today resigned from his post.

Mr Kautilya tendered his resignation to Principal Secretary, Ministry of Law and Justice with a copy to State Advocate General.

Sources said that Mr Kautilya has quit from the post, following the UP government banning by notification on April One, 2006, the private practice of State Law Officers.
