Sonia to address three election meetings in Bengal

Kolkata, Apr 17 (UNI) Congress president Sonia Gandhi will give a kickstart the party's campaign by addressing three election rallies on April 20 for the third of the five-phase West Bengal Assembly polls on April 27.

She will reach on that day in the morning and proceed to Baduria in North 24-Parganas, where she would address an election rally, West Bengal Pradesh Congress Committee working president Pradip Bhattacharjee told newspersons here.

Ms Gandhi will also address public meetings at Rabindranagar in South 24-Parganas and wind up her electioneering by addressing another rally at Park Circus in the capital.

In the evening, she would return to New Delhi.
