Reliance Capital to hold Board meet on April 24.

Mumbai, Apr 17 (UNI) Reliance Capital Ltd said today that it will on April 24 consider audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year ended March 31.

The board of directors would meet on April 24, to take on record the financial results for the year 2005-06 and recommend dividend on shares, RCL informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company's shares were trading at Rs 502, up 1.03 per cent at the BSE.
