RBI rupee reference rate 15 paise up at 45.15 per USD

Mumbai, Apr 17 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 45.15 per US dollar, 15 paise up from the previous rate of 44.30, an official spokesperson here said.
