Rajnath to enter UP tomorrow, Advani to follow suit

Lucknow, Apr 17: Much-hyped 'Bharat Suraksha Yatra' being under taken by Bharatiya Janata Party President Rajnath Singh would enter Uttar Pradesh tomorrow from Varanasi followed by Mr L K Advani's Yatra in Agra an May three next.

Both the leaders would traverse through 14 districts each and address 30 meetings during their tour in UP, the BJP's State Vice President Surya Pratap Shahi said here today.

Senior BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, State party Chief Keshari Nath Tripathi and other senior leaders would welcome Mr Raj Nath Singh at Varanasi tommorrow. From Varanasi, Mr Singh would come to Lucknow on April 20 after covering Allahabad and Sultanpur, he said.

Mr Singh would spend seven days in UP and cover 850 kms while Mr Advani would be here for four days to cover 655 kms starting from Agra and including Aligarh, Etah, Muzaffarnagar and other west UP districts before going back to Delhi. Mr Advani would be in the state cpaital on May six next.
