India's 1st mobile retail chain launched in B'lore

Bangalore, Apr 17 (UNI) MobileNXT, the country's first mobile retail chain was launched in the city today with an aim to offer the telecom buyer a host of mobile products, services and value adds.

Speaking at the launch, MobileNXT Teleservices Pvt Limited Founder and CEO Vijay Menon said with the mobile industry witnessing a boom over the last two years, there was a need to provide value-based consumer experience to the growing market.

Taking a leaf out of the formats at the international level in this kind of a chain of one-stop stores in fulfilling the need of the mobile users, MobileNXT entered the Indian market, bringing the same level of professionalism and service to Indian customers.

Describing it an innovative concept in the telecom retailing industry, Mr Menon said MobileNXT would focus on providing consistent offerings to build consumer, value be it the store experience, the products or the services offered.

He said that one of the core differentiators of MobileNXT was that the store would offer the products categorised not by brands, but by the value they add for the customer.
