Couple lynches history-sheeter

Ghazipur, Apr 17 (UNI) A man and his wife lynched a history-sheeter in the Birno area here.

Police said here today that Guari Shankar Tiwari, a history-sheeter barged into the house of one Banarasi in the Debua village late last night and tried to rape the latter's wife.

The couple, however, powered over Tiwari and lynched him, police added.

The criminal was recently released on bail.
