Jammu, Apr 17 (UNI) The Congress has asked the Election Commission to appoint observers for each and every polling both in Bhaderwah constituency where election will be held on April 24.

While denying charges of BJP using the state machinery, the former MLA and Congress election incharge in Bhaderwah assembly, Mohammed Sharief Niaz requested the commission to send the observers at every polling booth to avoide blame of mal-practices.

Niaz said Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad had already warned the government employees not to indulge in election activities to ensure free and fair election.

Former power minister underlined about the drive undertaken, against corruption, to bring normalcy and work culture for good governance in the state by the Chief Minister and said ''he wants to put the state on the track of prosperity.'' Niaz, who conducted intensive tour of Somai-Gingota, Khal Jugassar belt of Bhalessa block, claimed that will be a historical victory of Chief Minister.
