Army Officer's body brought home

Coimbatore, Apr 17 (UNI) The mortal remains of an army officer K Balakrishnan of 153 battalion, who was killed in exchange of fire at Line of Control(LOC) in Poonch sector at Jammu and Kashmir, was brought here on way to his native village.

The body was received by the Deputy Commandent of battalion S Ganesh. It was later taken to his native place at Rajlapuram in Dindigal district, where he will be cremated with military honours.
