144 clinics, nursing homes sealed in Kashmir

Srinagar, Apr 17 (UNI) Complying with the directions of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, the state health authorities sealed 144 un-registered clinics and nursing homes in various districts of the Valley today.

In a release here, the Deputy Director Health Services, Kashmir said 27 un-registered clinics and nursing homes were sealed in Srinagar district, 33 in Pulwama, 56 in Kupwara, 14 in Anantnag and 14 in Badgam by the respective Chief Medical Officers.

He said the campaign would continue till all the un-registered clinics and nursing homes in the Kashmir valley were sealed.
