Easter fete in AP

Hyderabad, Apr 16 (UNI) Christians today celebrated Easter with religious fervour and gaiety in Andhra Pradesh.

Hundreds of believers participated in joint Easter celebrations at churches in the city.

Bishop Joji delivered the Easter message to the devotees gathered at Saint Church.

The day of resurrection of Jesus Christ, was celebrated in many churches with religious fervour and enthusiasm by Christians in Vijayawada.

Since dawn, special prayers were conducted in all the churches to mark the occasion.
