Sugar prices rises further on fresh demand
Navi Mumbai, Apr 13 (UNI) Sugar prices rose further on increase of fresh demand, traders in the sugar market said today.
The rates of small and medium grades rose by Rs five and Rs ten per quintal respectively lesser stock supply.
The rates of ex-mill small grade went up by Rs ten per quintal on fresh buying support. but medium grade eased by Rs 20 per quintal on sustain heavy selling pressure, Following were the sugar spot rates per quintal: Small grade Rs 1,940/1,985, medium grade Rs 1,980/2,040.
Ex-mill small grade Rs 1,905/1,925 and medium grade Rs 1,935/1,950.
