Sonia tofile nomination on April 17

New Delhi, Apr 13 (UNI) Congress President Sonia Gandhi, seeking re-election from Rae Bareli Lok Sabha constituency, will file her nominations on April 17, party sources said today.

Ms Gandhi, accompanied by Mr Rahul and Ms Priyanka, would reach Rae Bareli in the morning of April 17 to file the nomination papers.

Some party leaders will also accompany her, sources added.

Ms Gandhi, who was elected to the Lok Sabha from Rae Bareli in the 2004 elections, resigned her seat on March 23 in the wake of the " Office of Profit" controversy.

On April 18, she will visit Kerala to campaign for the assembly election, the sources said.
