Salman Khan granted bail in Chinkara killing case

Jodhpur, Apr 13 (UNI) Actor Salman Khan's three-day ordeal in a Jodhpur jail ended today after a local court granted bail to the filmstar in the Chinkara killing case and suspended his five-year sentence.

The famous actor walked out to freedom after the court ordered him to deposit two bail amounts of Rs 1 lakh each and a surety of Rs 2 lakh apart from the penalty amount of Rs 25,000.

The decision came after the court completed its hearings on the actor's appeal against a lower court verdict.
