RBI rupee reference rate 37 paise lower at 45.30 per USD

Mumbai, Apr 13 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 45.30 per US dollar, 37 paise lower from the previous rate of 44.93, an official spokesperson here said.
