Rajkumar: Man of Qualities and the real superstar

Bangalore, Apr 13: Stardom never affected Rajkumar in any way. Till the end, he was humble, pious and courteous Rajanna.

Senior Journalist P G Sreenivasa Murthy thinks that, it was Rajkumar's humbleness which has made him great. "Dr Rajkumar used to respect even children, while talking to them. Never insulted anyone, nor misbehaved. His public and personal life were alike," he noted.

Rajkumar was known for his hearty conduct on the sets. During shooting, he used to sit and share lunch with all the members on the sets and would wait till each of them gathered around him. His visit to any 'Muhurtha' ceremony was received like a blessing by the directors, producers and the crew.

Rajkumar was so punctual and many times, he used to be the first person to reach the shooting venue!

Rajkumar was compassionate and tolerant to others, both at home and outside, as evidenced by his cool attitude even at their mistakes. Though he went through many tough days, he never went after money. He used to help others in their problems.

But, the mass attracted by Dr Rajkumar is greater than any such leaders. Rajkumar is the natural strength of Kannada and there is no other person in Indian politics with such a mass appeal, he said.

As he was the super star on the screen, so he was a super star in life with his simple personality.
