Rajasthan HC orders reservation for disabled

Jaipur, Apr 13 (UNI) The Rajasthan High Court today directed the state government to provide reservation to physically-disabled candidates taking the state Judicial Services examination.

The court said the state government should issue administrative orders to provide reservation to such candidates before or within April 19, otherwise it would issue directions for the process itself.

The state government assured the bench comprising Chief Justice S N Jha and Justice Prem Shankar Asopa that it would soon issue orders to provide reservation to physically-disabled candidates.

The next hearing in this case will be on April 19.
