Proclamation notice against IGIMS director

Patna, Apr 13 (UNI) The special vigilance judge (in charge) of Patna Ramanand Sharma today issued proclamation notices against five people including Director, Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences(IGIMS), Dr D K Yadav.

The case is related to irregularaties committed in purchasE of laser eximer machine in the eye department of IGIMS.

The other accused against whom proclamation notices were issued included two doctors Shubhash Prashad and Mrinal Aanad, former section officer S R Gayeen and an agent Nilmohan.

The court had directed all the accused to appear before the court in the case within a month failing which property attachment warrant would be issued against them.
