IDBI board to meet on April 21

Mumbai, Apr 13 (UNI) The board of directors of Industrial Development Bank of India Limited (IDBI Bank) will meet on April 21, 2006, to consider the audited financial accounts of the bank for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2006, a release today said.

The meeting will also consider declaration of dividend, if any, the release added.
