Chief Minister on Wednesday said stern action would be taken against those indulging in damage to public property.
Appealing to the actor's fans not to damage public property, Mr Kumaraswamy urged them not to bring dis-respect to the name of Rajkumar. "By resorting to violence, you (fans) will only be showing dis-respect to him," he said.
He said instances of damage to buses had come to the notice of the Government.
"We will not tolerate such acts. Stringent action will be taken against those indulging in violence," he said. Bus services, which have been affected in some places, will be restored once the situation normalises, he said.
