Anti-drug move in full swing

Imphal, Apr 13 (UNI) The All Manipur Anti-Drug Association (AMADA) has caught 11 youths and a drug pusher during the past four days in the anti-drug drive.

The association here revealed that it had started closing down liquor vendors and destroyed all liquor seized in the anti-intoxicant drive.

During the last four days members of the association with local organisations managed to nab a person who was allegedly a drug pusher. For few days all those who came to his house were watched and six persons who had come to take drugs were nabbed.

The youth were later handed over to their family members. The association has vowed to continue the drive against liquor and drugs.
