Two priests among three killed in road accident in Orissa
Sambalpur, Apr 12 (UNI) Two priests and a driver were killed when a car in which they were travelling collided with a truck on the Sambalpur-Cuttack national highway No 42 today, police said.
While the driver died on the spot, two others- both Church officials- succumbed on their way to the hospital.
The incident occurred near Hatibari village, about 30 km from here. The priests were going to Bhubaneswar.
The dead have been identified as Dilip Pradhan, Sojan Verhghese and I Ignes, police said.
While Pradhan was the driver of the car, the other two were catholic priests based in western Orissa towns of Jharsuguda and Rajgangpur.
