Non bailable warrant against Sadhu

Patna, Apr 12 (UNI) Special vigilance judge of Patna (In charge) Ramanand Sharma today issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against RJD MP Aniruddh Prasad Yadav alias Sadhu Yadav in connection with the multi-crore flood relief scam.

The Judge issued the warrant after the state vigilance bureau submitted charge sheet against Mr Yadav for his alleged involvement in the case.

Earlier, Patna High Court had granted anticipatory bail to Mr Yadav till the sumbmission of chargesheet against him in the said case.
