NCDEX records trade worth Rs 3,808 cr

Mumbai, Apr 12 (UNI) As many as 567 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 3,808 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 91,900 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, gold, silver, sugar and urad, a NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, about 579 members had participated in trading and put through more than 1,24,590 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was Rs 5,691 crore (one way).

Active trades were in urad, chana, guarseed, silver, gold and sugar, the release added.
