MRF ranked highest in customer satisfaction
Chennai, Apr 12 (UNI) India's leading tyre company MRF is ranked the highest in customer satisfaction in the Asia Pacific 2006 India Original Tyre Customer Satisfaction Index (TCSI) study.
The ranking was made in the latest report released by J D Power Asia Pacific, Singapore, on April 11.
For MRF India, already among the global 15 automotive tyre companies, this has been achieved the fourth time in five years, a company release said today.
The J D Power study, which is equivalent to the Oscars, ranks MRF the highest in customer satisfaction ahead of multinational and international brands present in India. The study, now in its sixth year, analyses perceptions of new vehicle buyers on five critical factors: appearance of tire, durability of tires, ride quality, traction and handling, the release added.
