Hamirpur stays numerouno in UP for polio drop administeration

Hamirpur, Apr 12 (UNI) The Bundelkhand district of Hamirpur has stood first among all Uttar Pradesh districts for the fifth time in running, in terms of administeration of pulse polio drops to children aged upto five years.

District Magistrate Sanyukta Samaddar claimed here today that 68.41 per cent of all children aged upto five years have been administered with vital drops for prevention against the crippling disorder.

She further said Hamirpur was followed by East UP district of Pratapgarh and Mirzapur.
