Cipla raises $170mn via GDRs

Mumbai Apr 12 (UNI) Cipla has raised about USD 170 million through the issue of 1,10,46,310 global depository receipts (GDRs).

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, each GDR, priced at USD 15.39, represents one underlying share, and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
