Five children killed, 15 injured in UP road mishap

Lucknow, Apr 12: At least five children were killed and 15 others injured, one of them seriously, when the tractor trolly lugging them to an Eid procession overturned in the Rehra area of Balrampur district last evening.

Police here today said the mishap occurred when the tractor, carrying the children to an Eid procession at Jafrabad, overturned near Teliadidh village.

Five children were killed on the spot, while 15 others injured and were admitted to the hospital in Utrela. One of the injured had been rushed to a hospital in the neighbouring Gonda district, police added.
