Mumbai, Apr 11 (UNI) Mahindra&Mahindra (M&M) has bagged the third NASSCOM and Economictimes.com Award for excellence in information technology (IT), a release today said.

M&M received the award for effectively using IT to transform its business and set new benchmarks for IT usage in India.

A joint effort of NASSCOM and Eeonomictimes.com, the awards are a continued attempt to boost the use of IT in the Indian market and have achieved the status of the highest recognition for IT usage in companies.

M&M Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Arvind Tawde received the award at a function held in New Delhi on Monday.
