iGate Global to move Chinese operations to Dalian from Wuxi

Mumbai, Apr 11 (UNI) Bangalore-based software company iGate Global Solutions today announced that it will move its operations in China from Wuxi to Dalian, to leverage the technology talent pool that the latter offers.

The company informed this at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today after its board meeting.

Dalian is one of the main cities in China which is attracting large amount of foreign investment and is a base to several IT companies particularly focusing on the Japanese market, the company statment to the BSE said.

iGate Global board also approved the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary - iGate Technology Services Pvt Ltd with the company.
