HC to deliver order on dance bar petition tomorrow

Mumbai, Apr 11 (UNI) Bombay High Court will deliver its verdict tomorrow on the much awaited petition challenging the ban imposed on dance bars across the state.

The court will deliver its verdict during the afternoon session following the hearing of the number of petitions that were concluded last year.

During the monsoon session of the State assembly the government has introduced the bill imposing ban on dance barS on the grounds that they create law and order problem and the dancers also indulge in prostitution.

Following the government ban the dance bar owners, dancers and the customers who visit the dance bars have challenged the ban.
