Eight Bangladeshis arrested in Bengal
Basirhat, Apr 11 (UNI) Police and Border Security Force (BSF) have arrested eight Bangladeshi nationals from bordering Ghojadanga village in West Bengal.
In a joint raid conducted by police and BSF personnel last night, the foreigners were arrested for trespassing into Indian border.
They were arrested under the foreigners act and produced before a local court today.
In another raid police arrested a hardcore criminal and seized a pipe gun along with a cartridge and 2 kgs ganja at Minakha in North 24 Parganas yesterday.
