35 passengers injured

Tikamgarh, MP, Apr 11 (UNI) Thirty-five passengers were seriously injured when the vehicle carrying them fell into a river at Orchha, about 80 km from here today.

Police said the matador, carrying 40 passengers, was coming from Jhansi when the incident occurred. The injured were admitted to the district hospital.

Police said the injured were in stable condition and out of danger. The passengers, who were labourers, hailed from various villages including Baldevgarh, Muhara and Prithvipur.
