Three youths killed in Mandya dist

Mysore, Apr 8 (UNI) Three youths were killed on the spot in two separate mishaps in neighbouring Mandya district during the last 24 hours.

Police said two youths were killed when a lorry knocked them down on the outskirts of Mandya late last night. The mishap occurred when the duo, Krishna (19) and Manjunatha (20), both residents of Mandya, were returning home.

In the other mishap, a 24-year-old youth, Ramesh, died when he accidentally fell down from a tamarind tree at Hulivana village in Mandya taluk.
