Rajnath to campaign in West Bengal
Ranchi, Apr 9 (UNI) BJP National president Rajnath Singh, who is on Bharat Suraksha Yatra, would break his journey after his arrival here tomorrow and leave for West Bengal for campaigning for his party in the assembly elections there.
Talking to reporters here, BJP Jharkhand state unit president Jadu Nath Pandey said Mr Rajnath would arrive here tomorrow from Chhattishgarh. On his arrival he would be accorded a warm reception on the bank of Shangkh river at the entry point.
BJP National Vice-president Babulal Marandi, Chief Minister Arjun Munda, party MPs, MLAs, leaders and workers would receive Mr Rajnath there. Later, he would address a rally here.
He would again begin his yatra from here to Bihar on April 13 after two-day campaigning in West Bengal from April 11.
The BJP President is scheduled to arrive in Delhi on May 10 after visiting 12 states and covering a distance of about 5000 KM, he added.
