People should serve deaf, dumb victims: Rao

Rajahmundry, Apr 9(UNI) Andhra Pradesh Roads and Buildings minister J Ramamohana Rao today said people should render service to deaf and dumb victims.

Participating in the NSUI Formation Day celebrations at Priyadarsini deaf and dumb school, Mr Rao said land would be alloted to the school.
