Israel shells Palestinian security post in Gaza

GAZA, Apr 9: The Israeli army fired artillery shells at a Palestinian security position in the Gaza Strip today, causing casaulties, Palestinian security sources said.

Several people were wounded, some critically, the security sources said. An Israeli army spokeswoman said she was checking the report. Earlier today, the army said it fired artillery shells at targets in northern Gaza following rocket fire into Israel.
