Hot spell continues in AP

Hyderabad, Apr 9 (UNI) Heat wave conditions continued today in parts of Telangana and Rayalaseema areas of Andhra Pradesh due to dry winds from North.

According to the officials of Meteorological department here, Nizamabad town recorded the state's highest day temperature of 43.3 degree celsius for the fourth consecutive day.

Hyderabad city recorded a temperature of 40.5 degrees celsius, Tirupathi town 39.6 degrees celsius , Visakhapatnam 35.6 degrees celsius and Vijayawada 37.1 degrees celsius.
