Haryana to get Bhagat Singh's diary published

Chandigarh, Apr 9: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has offered the state government's help to Babar Singh Sandhu, the nephew of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, in geting the handwritten diary of the legendary martyr published in book from.

Mr Hooda made this offer when he visited Faridabad recently to enquire about the health of Mr Sandhu, who has been suffering from jaundice.

'' The book would inspire the furture generation to follow the high ideals of our patriots and freedom figthers.'' He said, adding that his father Ranbir Singh, a noted freedom fighter and the National President of the All India Freedom Fighter Successors Organisation, had good relations with the members of Bhagat Singh's family.

The Chief Minister said he was deeply moved while reading the thoughts jotted down in the diary of Bhagat Singh during his imprisonment in the Lahore Jail.
