Fishermen chases away MLA

Visakhapatnam, Apr 9 (UNI) Pendurthi Legislator V Gurumurthy Reddy had a bitter experience today when he went to Gangavaram village to inform the local fishermen about the proposed package of the Government.

The MLA was chased two days ago when he visited the village for the first time by the angry fishermen.

The Commercial Tax minister Konathala Ramakrishna, however, called on the widow of C Nukaraju, who was killed in the police action on March 27, and handed over the appointment letter to her, as part of the Government promises to provide employment to the breaved family.
