Ammunition seized from Khatkhati

Diphu, Apr 8 (UNI) A sizeable quantity of ammunition was today recovered from a person by the 90 CRPF (neutral force along Asom-Nagaland border).

According to CRPF sources, one Ingzamgthumg Lotha of Nagaland was held along with the ammunition from an area under Khatkhati outpost of Bokajan police station in Karbi Anglong district.

The seized ammunition include, 200 detonators, 20 metre fuse and 110 newzel rods.

The consignment was on its way from Nagaland, meant to be sold in the district.
